SiFusion Polysilicon Ring Boats

SiFusion's large diameter segmented ring boats block infrared energy moving along the tube wall, protecting the furnace chamber's seal. Since SiFusion furnaceware is transparent to infrared, it reduces thermal "shadowing" and allows for more uniform heating within the hot zone. SiFusion ring boats are ideal for HTO processing.
