Locations and Production Facilities

Integrated Materials is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, in the heart of the Silicon Valley. The Sunnyvale facility serves as the company’s principal corporate office and the primary manufacturing facility.

Integrated Materials’ production facility houses a Class 100 clean room with the cleaning, bonding, analytical, assembly and quality control required in all SiFusion’s poly silicon products. Here, trained engineering and manufacturing personnel adhere to the same procedures and attention to detail that are the hallmark of the semiconductor industry.

Integrated Materials' facilities and procedures are designed to deliver on a global scale, minimizing production cycle time while focusing on fast feedback, product quality and technical support. Today, the precise machining and cleaning operations for SiFusion are outsourced to maximize use of capital and to utilize specific expertise in machining ceramic materials.

Integrated Materials also has local sales and distribution representatives in all major international semiconductor manufacturing regions, including Japan, Korea, Singapore/Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Europe and the U.S.
